General Provisions
These Bonus Terms and Conditions govern Ek999 bonus promotions. By participating in any Ek999 bonus program, players acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and any promotion-specific terms published on the Ek999 platform. In the event of any inconsistency, the English version shall prevail. Ek999 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with immediate effect; players should review terms regularly.
Eligibility, Verification and One Account
- Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Players must complete identity and payment method verification in accordance with Ek999’s compliance policies.
- Only one account per person, household, email address, IP address, device, and payment method is permitted. Ek999 may suspend or close accounts suspected of multi-accounting or fraudulent activity.
Bonus Activation, Stacking and Severability
Bonuses are issued as Bonus Funds and/or Free Spins and may be subject to promotion-specific terms. Only one bonus may be active at any time. A deposit bonus must be claimed prior to wagering; bonuses cannot be claimed after gameplay has commenced in eligible games. Ek999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate a bonus if abuse is suspected or if eligibility criteria are not met. If a promotion states it is non-transferable, the entitlement cannot be transferred to another account or player.
Wagering Requirements and Turnover
Withdrawal of bonus-derived funds requires satisfaction of wagering requirements applicable to the bonus. The default turnover requirement for standard deposit bonuses is 20x the aggregate of the deposited amount plus the bonus amount (Deposit + Bonus). For no-deposit bonuses, only the bonus amount is subject to wagering. Only after completion of wagering may bonus funds and any resulting winnings be withdrawn, subject to other promotion-specific restrictions.
Bonus Contributions by Game Type
- RNG Games and Slots: 50% of wagers contribute toward the turnover requirement.
- Roulette (all variations): 25% of wagers contribute.
- Fishing Games: 25% of wagers contribute.
- Live Casino and Sportsbook: Wagers contribute toward turnover only when a valid result is produced; void or canceled bets do not count. Bets with odds below EUR 1.50 or Asia 0.5, and other excluded bet types, do not contribute unless stated otherwise in the promotion.
Free Spins
Free spins are provided as part of a promotion and are restricted to specified Bonus Games. Winnings from free spins are subject to a wagering requirement of 40x the amount won from the spins. Free spins must be used within the promotion’s stated validity period and will count toward the overall wagering requirement. Free spins winnings are treated as bonus winnings until wagering is satisfied and may be withdrawn only after meeting all wagering obligations.
Bonus Expiry and Withdrawal Eligibility
Bonuses and associated winnings must be wagered within the promotion’s validity period. If wagering requirements are not met within the active period, the bonus and any winnings are forfeited. Ek999 may require additional identity verification prior to processing withdrawals of bonus-derived funds.
No Abuse, Prohibited Activities and Sanctions
Engaging in activities designed to circumvent wagering requirements or otherwise exploit bonuses is prohibited. Examples include delaying game rounds, employing systems or software to guarantee favorable wagering outcomes, colluding with others, or depositing funds while a bonus is outstanding to meet wagering requirements without genuine play. If abuse is suspected, Ek999 may confiscate bonus winnings, terminate the bonus, suspend or close the account, and prohibit future bonuses. A player whose bonus-to-deposit ratio exceeds 50% after a sequence of eight deposits may be excluded from receiving further bonuses or from the VIP program until the ratio falls below 50%.
Deposits, Promotions, and Cancellations
Promotions may be capped, restricted by geographic eligibility, or limited in scope. Bonuses may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated. Ek999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice and to deny, modify, or withdraw bonuses or promotions at its sole discretion. Wagering, contribution, and other terms published for each promotion apply in addition to these general terms.
Language, Translations and Disputes
Promotions are published in English. If translations exist, the English version controls in case of discrepancies. Any disputes arising under or in connection with promotions shall be resolved by Ek999 in its sole discretion, and the decision shall be final.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The Bonus Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable law under Ek999’s licensing framework. All disputes relating to promotions shall be resolved under the jurisdiction and processes applicable to Ek999’s licensed operation, with final and binding determinations by the competent authority.
Account Verification and Withdrawal Readiness
Ek999 may require documentation to verify identity, age, address, and payment details prior to approving a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds. Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard verification procedures and payment method timelines, subject to the completion of all wagering requirements and any applicable limits.
