Identity Verification and KYC
We may require identification documents and proofs of address prior to or during use of the Service. Acceptable documents include government issued ID and recent utility or bank statements. Verifications may cause withdrawal delays. You agree to cooperate with any verification requests.
Deposits and Funds
Deposits may be made using cards, e wallets, bank transfers or other methods offered by Ek999. Deposits are processed in the currency of your account and may be converted from other currencies at the prevailing rate. We do not extend credit. Third party deposits are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of funds and closure of the account. Some methods or jurisdictions may have restrictions.
Wagering requirements: deposits must be wagered a minimum of three times before withdrawal is allowed, unless otherwise stated for a promotion. Where wagering is required for a promotion, the terms of that promotion apply.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests require completed verification. Withdrawals are processed in accordance with our internal procedures and may take up to seven business days after approval. Funds may be withheld if there is a discrepancy or if verification is pending. Withdrawals are paid in the same currency as the deposit unless otherwise stated.
Promotions and Bonuses
- Promotions are governed by these Terms and any specific promotion terms.
- Multiple accounts or collusion will result in forfeiture of bonuses and winnings and possible account termination.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ek999 provides the Service on an as is basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free. We are not liable for damages arising from third party content, or from events beyond our control. In case of any discrepancy between results shown on user devices and our server, our server records govern.
Termination, Suspension and Account Closure
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or applicable law. Surviving provisions include ownership, disclaimers, indemnities and limitations of liability. Any balance on the account may be forfeited on termination except as required by law or our refund policy.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes take effect when posted on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, discontinue use.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Curacao. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Curacao, subject to applicable remedies and arbitration if provided by law.
