1. General Provisions

Ek999 Sportsbook governs all wagering conducted on its platform. By placing a Bet you acknowledge acceptance of these Rules and affirm that you meet the applicable age and eligibility requirements in your jurisdiction. Registration data must be accurate and current. You acknowledge the risk of financial loss and agree that Ek999 may impose limits, suspend activity, or take other regulatory or integrity measures as permitted by law and these Rules.

• 1.1 Eligibility and acceptance: A Bet is valid only if you meet eligibility criteria and the current Rules are acknowledged at the time of placement.
• 1.2 Modifications to Rules and limits: Ek999 may amend Rules, betting limits, and payout structures. Past bets remain governed by the Rules in force at the time of placement unless stated otherwise.
• 1.3 Verification and KYC: Ek999 may perform identity, financial, and due diligence checks. Documentation requests may be made, with verification processing times up to 30 days for documents and up to 180 days for bet verification. Accounts may be restricted or suspended pending completion of checks.
• 1.4 Source of funds: You may be required to provide information confirming the origin of funds used for betting.
• 1.5 Fraud and integrity: Ek999 may suspend settlements, void bets, or withhold payments while investigations into suspected fraud or integrity concerns are conducted.
• 1.6 Anti–collusion and multi‑accounting: Ek999 may block accounts linked by IP address, device, or network and void bets where collusion or multiple accounts are suspected or detected.
• 1.7 Language and interpretation: The English version of these Rules governs interpretation. In case of discrepancy with translations, the English text controls.

2. Bets and Settlement

All Bets are subject to these Rules and any applicable laws. A Bet becomes valid upon explicit acceptance in the betslip. Bets are not reversible except as expressly provided herein.

• 2.1 Bet validity and acceptance: A Bet is valid from the moment the betslip displays Bet Accepted. If the acceptance notice does not appear, you should review your betting history or contact Support.
• 2.2 Wagering requirements: After a deposit, the amount must be wagered three times unless a promotional condition states otherwise. Bets that are canceled or refunded do not count toward the wagering requirement.
• 2.3 Odds changes: If the odds change after a bet is placed, you will be notified. You may accept the revised odds or cancel; selecting Accept Odds Change is treated as agreement to the revised odds and immediate acceptance of the bet on those terms.
• 2.4 Pre‑match tickets: Pre‑match bets may be accepted before the scheduled start. Ek999 reserves the right to invalidate tickets placed after the stated cutoff or due to content synchronization errors. If a ticket is accepted after start, it may be void and odds recalculated.
• 2.5 No cancellations: You have no right to cancel a registered outcome after placement and confirmation.
• 2.6 Maximum stake: Maximum bet amounts depend on sport, event, and market and are determined by Ek999 for each bet; limits may be adjusted without notice.
• 2.7 Final authority: Ek999 retains sole discretion to determine the validity and payout of any ticket and to correct any settlement errors.
• 2.8 Cashout: Cashout is a separate feature offered at Ek999’s discretion on eligible markets. It may be withdrawn or altered at any time. If a cashout is applied to ineligible markets or where not supported, settlements will align with the official result.
• 2.9 Prohibited participants: Bets by participants in the event, or by employees of Ek999, are subject to refund where prohibited by rule or law.
• 2.10 Automated tools: The use of bots or automated decision tools is prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension and bet refunds.
• 2.11 Knowledge of outcome: If there is reason to believe a bet was placed after the outcome or advantage became known, Ek999 may invalidate or return the bet on both winning and losing outcomes.
• 2.12 Express and system bets: Bets containing multiple events from the same match or involving the same participant in conflicting ways may be refunded or voided if identified as inconsistent with these Rules.
• 2.13 Group bets: Group or syndicate betting is prohibited. Repeated bets on the same outcomes may be declared void; if collusion is suspected after an event, settlements may be adjusted.
• 2.14 Live adjustments: Score changes resulting from official decisions or mutual agreement during live play are not grounds for cancellation unless a market rule specifies otherwise.
• 2.15 Changed or canceled results: If an event is canceled or its result altered, settlements shall be based on the original official result. Ek999 may rely on authoritative data sources and may resolve discrepancies within a reasonable period. Where data conflicts exist, Ek999 reserves the right to determine the final settlement.
• 2.16 Refunds: Any refunds due will be credited to your Ek999 account.

3. Market Rules and Sport Coverage

Markets are settled on official results published by the relevant governing bodies. Where an official result is not published, Ek999 may settle using the data sources it considers reliable and may void markets where data is inaccurate or pricing is incorrect.

• 3.1 Settlement basis: Settlement follows official results; if unavailable, Ek999 may rely on primary data sources and may void affected markets if data is unreliable.
• 3.2 Dead heat: Where events end tied, dead heat rules apply as defined in the market terms, with stake and payout adjusted accordingly.
• 3.3 Sport‑specific examples:
  • 3.3.1 Alpine Skiing: Results are settled on the official governing body; non‑participation or disqualification results in a loss; if abandoned with no official winner, the event is void.
  • 3.3.2 American Football: Markets settle on end of scheduled play unless a market specifies overtime; if the game is postponed, moved, or not completed within applicable timeframes, bets may be void; some markets rely on official statistics; overtime may count for player markets when stated.
  • 3.3.3 Athletics: Official results determine settlement; non‑participants or disqualifications render selections losers; abandoned events are void; dead heat rules apply.
  • 3.3.4 Australian Rules Football: Markets settle at the end of the scheduled 80 minutes; half and quarter markets reflect the corresponding periods; finals and awards settle on official outcomes; dead heat rules apply.
  • 3.3.5 Badminton: Markets settle on official results; undecided markets are void if match coverage is lost; deductions apply to undetermined markets as per official guidelines.

4. Disputes, Amendments and Governing Law

Ek999 reserves the right to amend these Rules and any market rules at any time. The English version prevails in the event of disputes or inconsistencies. Settlement decisions are final and binding. Where permitted by law, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the operator’s jurisdiction and related regulatory requirements, without reference to any conflict of laws principles.

5. Miscellaneous

Data accuracy and content: Ek999 endeavors to provide correct information, but it does not guarantee real‑time accuracy and may experience delays in data streams. The platform and content are provided without warranties of any kind. These Rules constitute the entire agreement between Ek999 and the user regarding sportsbook services and may be amended only by notice posted on the site. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing online betting in their jurisdiction.”
